By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.  Once we receive payment for your order, a confirmation email will be sent, forming a legally binding contract between us.

We uphold the right to withdraw from any contract in case of errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods on our website. If such an issue arises, we will promptly notify you and cancel the affected items.

Payment Details

DBS Jewellery Limited accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, and Delta. Product prices and delivery charges are displayed in UK pounds sterling, inclusive of VAT. Your payment card company handles any necessary currency conversion.

Availability of Goods You Order

If we lack sufficient stock to deliver your ordered goods, we’ll notify you promptly. Payments will be re-credited, and no additional compensation for disappointment is obliged.

Weight

DBS Jewellery maintains strict standards for the weights listed on our jewellery. Please note, due to the manufacturing process, the item weight can vary by up to 0.5g

Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or altered. Refer to our returns policy for details on returning orders. Personalized items are non-refundable.

DBS Jewellery reserves the right to cancel an order due to terms or conditions violations, including giveaways and discount promotions.

Extent of Liability

Concerns regarding components should be addressed immediately before product use. DBS Jewellery Limited is not responsible for harm, injury, or death caused during product use.

Returns Policy

At DBS Jewellery, we adhere to a meticulous product inspection prior to shipment. We offer a 30 day period for returns from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition with all labels and security tags intact, alongside any additional product packaging and/or gift box. The item must not exhibit any signs of it being worn and must be in as new condition when received at our facility.

We kindly request for you to photograph the item due to be returned and attach it to the returns email address along with the original invoice. Please note we do not accept returns without a written request. Kindly email, returns@dbsjewellery.co.uk to commence the returns process.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. At DBS Jewellery Limited our promise to refund your money does not apply if the returned item has faults or damage caused by accident, neglect or misuse whilst in your possession or during the return to us, we do not take any liability for items that are misplaced and/or delivered to the incorrect address by the service provider of your choosing.

Due to the nature and inherent properties of 22ct gold alloy, our promise to refund your money does not apply if the gemstones become unsettled caused by accident, neglect or misuse whilst in your possession. In this instance, replacement of the unsettled gemstone will be worked by a specialist gem setter of our choosing subject to a charge, customer is responsible for the shipping cost in both instances. Please send us a written request to, returns@dbsjewellery.co.uk, before any item is sent.

Upon receipt of your item, you will be notified in writing to the email address provided or we shall contact you with the number that is provided. Upon satisfactory inspection and in accordance to our strict quality criteria we will inform you of whether the return has been approved, if it is not approved you will be provided with a written report and necessary photographic evidence.

Please note if your return is not approved, the customer is responsible for the payment of the shipping cost, for the return of the item to you, with a provider of our choosing. Item will only be shipped back once we have received the payment for shipping.

Products such as earrings cannot be refunded due to hygiene reasons, or any items with a security tag and/or seal which is no longer intact are also subject to no refund.

All return items are subject to a 10% returns fee of the RRP or Recommended Retail Price for the item stated upon our website at time of purchase.

Please allow 14 business days to be refunded to your original payment method.

If you decide to cancel the return and do not want to send your item back, that’s no problem at all.

No action is required, simply keep the item and our systems will adjust automatically.
