Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm: This service ensures delivery by 1 pm on business days (Friday, weekends, and bank holidays excluded). Note that orders placed on weekends will be delivered by Tuesday. To guarantee next-day deliveries, kindly place your order before 3 pm.

Once the order is in transit, the responsibility for delivery lies with the courier, and we do not have control over their specific delivery times.

It is crucial for buyers to verify and input the correct shipping address during the order placement. DBS Jewellery will not be held responsible if an incorrect address is provided, leading to non-receipt of the item.
